Is this anxiety

Hi everyone im not feeling so great. I was feeling ok all day a lil tension here and there but i was fine then tonight while driving this sudden feeling came over me. I felt like i couldnt breathe and my chest got tight i tried staying calm but thought why did this all of a sudden happen i manage to calm down just a bit but in the back of my mind im wondering why this happen my finger tips has a burning sensation my neck back hurts and my whole body is now tense and mind racing with what ifs. Is this anxiety? Anyone please respond

Anxiety and stress does alot to the body....u just have to take deep slow breaths when u start to panic... Hugs to u you💕 hope u feel better soon.

Thanks for taking the time out to read and reply i think i am stressed i know i am. It feels hard to catch my breath if u know what i mean but i will try.

Yes anxiety can cause alot of physical problems.

I think maybe so but i wasnt anxious or anything before it happened.

Don't worry ...I had the same thing happen to me. Was someone talking too much? radio paying? too much traffic? I thought I was going to pass out, but I was fine. Just overwhelmed with too much stress and anxiety. Take a day off for you. Don't forget to Breathe and enjoy the little things.
