Okay so sometimes when am breathing I notice that I don't breathe for around 10 seconds in between my breathing patterns I don't mean to do this guys, it just happens.

Me. People who tend to have issues with anxiety also tend to breathe more shallow , slower and have pauses almost as if slightly holding a breath. I'm an RN and find myself doing it allot when at work and stressed.
