Feels like I'm not sleeping

So when I wake up I feel like that whole time I was awake and I wasn't sleeping but I think in my head I had to have been sleeping because I would've got up if I wasn't! Can someone plz let me know if u ever feel like this I hate this feeling

I have anxiety all day , I'm sure you can imagine all the symptoms , also have firbromalaga which is just wonderful to have haha . Like you go to bed usually trying to relax but eventually get off . Tend to wake up forno reason on full elert , heart pumping , body ready to run a marathon , my head spinning . I've been using the Hare Krishna mantra which seems to calm things down enough to get back asleep . I'm usually awake well before my alarm goes off with the day starting as it does above . Been really bad past few weeks so hopefully it all calm down but won't hold my breath .
