Hi ReelLife, welcome to this site, I too have dealt with GAD /Panic, off and on for over 35 years(seems to come and visit roughly every 4 years, and stays for a few months). Dealing with it now .This site really helps...if you have any questions,,just ask and some one will reply :)..lots of help and advice,,even if you just want to vent, we all understand...take care

I have a bit of GAD too... along with OCPD. It's nice to have a support group. For me, I'm trying my best to "stick to a schedule", to increase the control I feel I have over my life. It's tough to leave things undone ... but making notes forlater helps.
