Anxiety sickness

Hi everyone,

Just had to ask as the paranoia is creeping in.

I have been told I'm suffering from anxiety after a recent panic attack. Nearly everyday for most of the day I feel like I have a head cold but without the nose blockage or physical stUffington just the head uneasiness . This has been going on for weeks. My head justo feels like it isn't 100%...

Is this a known side effect of anxiety?

I'm stressing so much and I know this only adds to it.

Yep it's crazy but anxiety messes with your head quite a bit, I get head fog, headaches, that weird sensation that I'm not myself, head floaty, but it hasn't happened in a while since I'm now familiar with all the retarded feelings that come with anxiety.
