Hello there, friends. After a long time, I came back here. I was never truly diagnosed with anxiety nor panic attacks, but since my health is being weird, anciety kind of thing popped out from the uncertainity and now I feel like crying everytime I think about it. But that's a rant for another day.
My problem for the past few days is, that whenever I lay down to sleep, I can hear and feel my heart beating strongly and quite distracingly. The neverending static noise in ears doesn't help. Sounds familliar to anyone?
The exams time is here and a lot is going on, but I like to think I am dealing with it calmly. Could my subconsciousness disagree in such a way?
