I can't , I'm just so tired today everything is just really bad today, feel quite dizzy , nauseous, keep getting muscle twitches that are really scaring ,my heart is pounding I can feel my pulse in the back of my head , I'm jus really scared I have some illness even though it's been nearly two months since this started and it has been really on and off, some days I feel great and others I feel like I'm literally dieing , I'm just really afraid it could be something more ham anxiety but I really don't want to believe it is

You're not though, just the anxiety putting false thoughts in your mind

As I've posted before my granddad said this every day for over 30 years and carried on till 102

Could learn some relaxation/breathing excercises too online which will really help you

I've had blood tests , ecg , urine test and all came back normal I just literally feel like they missed something like cancer or something
