I consulted again and the doctor gave me the pills that I must drink before I sleep, I really think this is the solution and I want to start a little exercise everyday. I want to attack this anxiety. Please guys whenever u feel something wrong on your condition don't wait for another symptoms, consult the doctor or do something, exercise, pray if u believe in prayers. U will be okay 1 day. I love you guys. If I wake up in the middle of the night again I will join u. May the living God you.
