Eye flutters are back!! Does that mean something bad?

A couple weeks ago my right eyelid was fluttering twitching that you can't see it but you can feel it, it lasted about six days and went away for 10 days now back in third day again ? Is this ok?

I had an eye twitch once that lasted a month and this is before I had anxiety it went away. It's nothing to worry about it happens from lack of sleep and stress sometimes also from a vitamin or mineral deficiency such as magnesium.

Thank you , the eye doctor gave me a thorough exam including the extra test to look behind the eye and I'm ok, I do have dry eyes , and a lot of anxiety too, and she gave me "refresh" drops " feels great and a slightly new prescription that will be ready Jan 1st . I need to stop obsessing . So hard to do.
