Thanks. More of an 'interesting' read for me. I think this article would set a lot of us up to fail. I'd be so devastated if this didn't work for me and often anxiety is linked to things you CAN'T walk away from. Then, of course, there's the anxiety that just doesn't fit this nice, linear and logical though progression.

An interesting conversation nonetheless x

I agree so much! Anything we try and fail at sets us deeper into the angst of anxiety. I also wonder how bad this person really had anxiety. Is it as bad as mine/yours? I wish we could find a cure that is 100 percent! Ah, my dream!
