Not a good day

I had a good week and today for some reason it wasn't a good day... idk if it might have been something i ate or what but i just started feeling weird chest pain has not really gone away at all, been having it for a bit longer than a month now and it worries me anyone else have a bad day?

I can try but It feels impossible to stop myself when this happens

Yes they work a bit but i think making it a habit helps more in the long run

Deep Breathing 10 breaths

Meditating a minute at a time to start use a timer and increase time after a few times you try

First the doctor needs to prescribe something like Prilosec or Protonix. Just to say that there's so many things that could really just be helped with medicine. I've had so many bad nerves that seemed super scary from from GERD.

Mmhhh i have been prescribed prilosec it helps somewhat

Right. I want the medicine to fix everything but it doesn't. You are definitely on to something with the deep breathing. I think it takes both?

Yeah lol i just worry a lot when i get the chest pain it is my main concern on a daily basis 😟

Deep breathing is definitely the best. Unfortunately I have a problem that when I think about breathing I start to hyperventilate! But definitely if you can work on your deep breathing you can beat this anxiety.

So I sound contradictory but I'm just saying if you have GERD You need meds but breathing get you over that hump

I have not tried that chamomile tea inhave tried i love tea
