Hey guys recently had a new symptom appear where it feel like something is crawling under my skin just on the left side of my face on my nose and left cheek I have a headache disorder but I'm not sure why

It might be Nueralgia.....a nerve may be irritated...I get it sometimes along with twitching of the top lip.
If you get headaches or numbness then I suggest you ask to see a Nuerologist.
