Pls help Crawling/tingling and twitching

I have been feeling twitching in my body specially face since years as a anxiety symptoms, recently i posted about having tongue muscle spasms too, they still happen , some days frequently and sometimes they dont for many days, i was diagnosed for UTI, taking my treatment for weeks, NOW I AM HAVING TINGLING TWITCHING FEELING IN MY VULVA, vulca, near clits, its scarring me to death. Pls help, im helpless, and tortured

Hiya I get this with anxiety. Because of all the nerve endings there it's probably more noticeable than other areas! I can make mine subside by doing breathing exercises or just getting busy with something I enjoy which takes my mind off of it. I know it's an annoying feeling. It will be ok. Take care.

Stop. You are absolutely fine. This is anxiety. Thats all. Ok. I find that giving myself a good talking to works. It will pass, it always does right? Keep telling yourself that in an aggressive way. Tingling is normal for anxiety as your nerve endings is where the release is. Adrenaline leaves the body and cannot harm you.

Look I understand and experience the same feelings but you have you have to get back control which is done mentally by telling yourself you are fine. When you do this repeatedly the quicker your brain will get on board with what you want the outcome to be. You are going to be just fine OK!

I just started awhile back with the tongue tingling and tongue spasms on the tip of tongue and hard to swallow because tongue is so tight it is scaring me to death on top of all my other symptoms.
