Help please!

Hi. so recently I've noticed that i start getting nervous about things that shouldn't bother me. for example, the other day i started hiccuping and started to worry that id never be able to stop and i started getting sweaty and it felt like i couldn't breathe. I ended up having to leave the room because i was at the point of crying as i was so nervous. since then i keep panicking like that about different things, I've also lost my appetite, feel sick and keep getting pain in my chest. what should i do? I've never been to a doctor about anything like this, but i don't know how much more of it i can take. please give me some advice.

  • Hi Kwinter, the first thing you need to do is see your doctor. Ruling out any physical issue. If it is anxiety disorder then you can work on understanding and dealing with the symptoms. First things first...

  • Hi Kwinter, i know how you feel, i have this problem too, i went to see my GP (after months) he was so lovely and recommended a therapist for me to see, they are really helpful, i recommend going to see them, best of luck lovely xxx
