Hi. so recently I've noticed that i start getting nervous about things that shouldn't bother me. for example, the other day i started hiccuping and started to worry that id never be able to stop and i started getting sweaty and it felt like i couldn't breathe. I ended up having to leave the room because i was at the point of crying as i was so nervous. since then i keep panicking like that about different things, I've also lost my appetite, feel sick and keep getting pain in my chest. what should i do? I've never been to a doctor about anything like this, but i don't know how much more of it i can take. please give me some advice.
