Does anyone else suffer from this side effect of anxiety. Possibly fluoxetine too? This last week since I had tonsillitis has been really bad and I can't stop myself doing it, any ideas how to stop it?

I bought a cheap mouth guard from a drug store, fitted it to my mouth, and wore it at night for a week. It helped.
Yes I do apparently hubby told me ,can't even escape it ( anxiety) while asleep x
