Avoid junk food, oily food, pastries, smoking and drinking alcohol. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Do daily brisk walking exercise for 45 minute

You have a great doctor. Most doctors don’t tell you the extra information, they just prescribe medications.

One of my exams I have high cholesterol. Beginning of arthritis in the neck. I can improve it with exercise and eating healthy. I'm very anxious. 24 hour thinking about my health.

Ola valachia a did a lots exames with my doct. He is never have to me any medication. Same times I asked to me hav same medicine. He say not. U are 40 years old woman. Do exercises eat healt. U not need madication.
