Hate this

I hate this feeling to the point where I think I'd be better if not here cause then I wouldn't have to cope with feeling like this, take it now its at 1 in the morning and I have to be up in 6 hours and yet I can't sleep no matter how hard I tryI can not sleep I keep thinking I'm not breathing and every time I check my heartbeat I can't feel it so that makes it ten times worse :'( I just need sleep anyone have any ideas on his to cakm down. Thank you :)

  • Try youtube, I've used it many many times to help calm me n aid sleep, there's loads of relaxation videos, I like to put them on n listen through my headphones, usually has me asleep in no time :-)

  • Do you have melatonin and magnesium? Both will help you relax and sleep. You could also take Benadryl to help you sleep. Here is a Youtube video to help you too.

  • Sometimes I put on a boring movie I've seen before as a distraction. If you can get your mind to stop racing, then the movie or show helps put me to sleep. This is totally new to me and only experienced in the last three weeks.

  • Hydroxyzine works great for Anxiety at night! No joke 😌 ask your Dr to prescribe you Some! I take it for Anxiety at night & it helps me sleep! I take one, throw on Netflix & wake up the next morning trying to remember when I fell asleep. 😝 it knocks me out. It helps calm you down as well.

  • I know that feeling trying to sleep and concentrating on my breathing and every heart beat which makes me more panicky. Try Biblegateway.com., go to the audio bible section and listen to Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus , Numbers , or Deuteronomy . Even if you do not understand some parts, the message of God's protection does get into your subconscious. Even reading these sections have the same effect on you and can help lessen fears and help you sleep better. This has helped me a lot. I'm praying for you. You will get through this.
