Does n e one else get heart palpitations or just a random palp ... I have anxiety but even when I don't feel anxious they come.on n e one that can help would be great lol x

Sometimes holding in crying causes it. Check your thyroid also...have you had a check up lately? If not it would be a good idea to have one. You will be ok...I went through it, heart is healthy but my anxiety was making my body act up. Today I have whole new issues but am pulling through. You will too.

I do get them a lot I don't know if is my anxiety or medication but they done tons of ekg and heart monitor and everything is fine, they also can be caused by stress as well

Awww thank u for writing back its so annoying I got a check up ages ago everything was grand but I hate to keep going back cuz they will just tell me the same thing 😅

Sorry but I am also a suffer from palpitations & its not nice is it, have you been to see your GP , I think most people get them at some point in life,! So once you have neen looked at at your GPs you'll find things will settle. Hope this helps. X

Hey Valerie yeah have an apt with Dr's to settle me mind tomorrow ... I got them before and went and they just told me it's anxiety ffs ... I feel like am always wasting their time lol
