Diurnal mood variation hell

Hello so I have been suffering from horrible anxiety and depression but its almost always from 4a.m. to 6 or 7pm. I recently had Morena IUD removed and went off trazedone which I never should've started. I'm on 20 mg prozak and buspar but days are so awful I can't work. Will it ever get better?

Yes it will. I remember being pretty low after having mine removed. It lasted quite a while, everyone's different though, some don't feel anything. I was incredibly low. Trazadone makes me shudder. Whilst it's good when taking it, feeling anxious, irritable, nervous, not able to sleep can be a normal reaction when stopping. Please go to your gp. They may suggest another anti depressant, perhaps get some bloods done to see if anything is wrong. I'm not a doctor but I've overcome anxiety so if I can help....I will. Sometimes it helps just to know someone else has been there. The fog will lift...please speak to a doctor though, they can discuss meds with you whereas I can only offer support.
