Im having a panic attack right now I need to talk to some one omg I hate this

Hey Jax, just hang in there, these symptoms are unpleasant, but NOT dangerous, keep telling yourself this, breath through it, allow it to pass, it will go soon enough, xxx

My heart started to flutter really bad the my left arm got kind of heavy and fingers tiny bit tingly and head really tight got really light headed.. the I got on here and it was kind of bleary

Body tensing up and feel really cold of and on wtf is this like normal. I have a weird sensation in my face and lips is it still all anxiety panic attacks??

When anxiety panic attacks occur, our bodies are flooded with adrenaline, this produces symptoms, but we become so over sensitized that we hang on to these symptoms n convince ourselves it's something dreadful, I do sympathize with you as do many sufferers here, it's a very frightening experience having attacks like this, but it will pass just as they always do, give it time to run its course n pass, xxx
