I have been taking supplements and got two injections then went for test. Result 376pg/ml. What is optimal for the people with anxiety

Please join the PAS forum on Health Unlocked - lots about B12 there as B12 deficiency is what causes the symptoms of PA.

the short answer to your question is that there isn't one.

People vary a lot in how they use B12 and the serum B12 test is just measuring a very small part of the process - it tells you what is happening in your blood but nothing about whether the B12 is getting from your blood to the cells where it is needed.

What counts with B12 is the symptoms so you need to a) be aware of what your symptoms are b) monitor them.

The figure you quote does sound very low for someone who had had B12 shots though - what was the time-interval between the shots and the blood test?

thank you, i will join over that forum, i had shots and the supplements then test within a week or two week.
