Does anyone else feel like they are gonna have a heart attack??

Sometimes I do especially when I drive, I'm not sure what kind symptoms you have but, I get dizzy, fearful an just an overall feeling of losing control. I have to talk to myself and pray to God to get through it. It completely sucks.

Yes i do if not that I think iv.got cancerb iv.lost weight even tho im eating had chest x ray blood test all came back good been told he can be anxiety stress depression any of them can make you lose weight but I still think there is something wrong

Man! Yes the cancer fear kicks my butt every time! Plus anxiety causes me so many digestion issues and fear in even eating at times so I have lost like 17 lbs. Ugh. Which makes me think I jave cancer. I am sick of the fear and fake lies in my head. 😟

Yes I get that a lot sometimes I have a sharp pain on my chest or a pin feeling or poking feeling and I feel like I might have a heart attack. its really scary

I have a strong family history of heart disease, & any twinge in the chest area has me scared silly.
