please help??

I just feel so sick and tired and in a fog like i can't do anything. also when i go outside i get vertigo because everything looks so big. idk what to do. my mood is down too. coffee didn't help lol

I get like this a lot, sometimes it can be really bad, I'll get like a surge of panic with dizziness, sickness it's horrible I'm actually suffering with it right now and I know the feeling it's not nice

I think it started from a combination of marijuana smoking and stress
