I have this anxiety feeling when I trying I leave my house like have I Turnt the cooker off? Even tho I've been to bed since I last used it or are all the plug sockets off and when I'm leavin the house an shut the front door I keep checking I've locked if even after the 1st I'm still not convinced it's shut I feel like I'm losing my marbles and it's like I don't even believe myself
