Hi Ollie
You have anxiety. Anxiety means you think anxious thoughts about your health or any other topic that means something to you. Your symptoms are very common and will disappear once you realise that all the thoughts and feelings are completely harmless and an off shoot of anxiety. Instead of trying to control your anxiety or trying not to feel it or try to avoid it, try doing the opposite and feel everything at will without putting up any form of resistance. If you learn to accept all the symptoms or surrender to it, instead of fighting them or worrying about them, you will gradually recover.
Best wishes
Beevee
