Head pain sensations

Hey guys anyone experience a feeling as if someone has dribbled ice cold water in your head in like a tiny area I can only assume this is another weird ass anxiety symptom and has something to do with a chemical reaction in the brain so on and so fourth

Just curious if anyone else gets this

I don't know that I've had this one, but I've had so many strange symptoms over the years it's hard to keep track. Anxiety can manifest itself in so many oddball ways. I just wanted to let you know that we're here

Yes, it happens to me. Used to scare me, but now that I know it is my anxiety, I let it pass. Don't let it scare you, distract yourself...I put headphones in and listen to music I love. I also sometimes get so tired of it, I literally just ignore it. And it goes away.
