I woke up with discomfort in my heart. My beats heart went to 102. I was very afraid. 30 min later passed. is it anxiety???It was 2:00 in the morning. horrible. after 3 tests of the normal heart. I'm thinking of doing another one fourth opinion. I dont think can be anxiety . 2:00 in morning??😪

My HR is always around 100 when I have an attack it's around 160 just try and relax don't worry that's nothing
