Hope everyone is doing well haven't been on for awhile had some good days just today sneak up on me again tries taking an afternoon nap and all of a sudden felt like my throat was closing on me now it's nite time and I can't fall asleep cause I'm scared just took a Xanax see if it will help why does this panic sneak up so quick also been having pain on the left side of my neck of course thinks it's. the worse wish I could just be normal ugh anyone please advise need some mortal support thanks
