Am I crazy

So I'm on meds for my aniexty I'm on buspar well yesterday I take my last dose I was at work I got really bad hot flashes couldn't cool down. Then o started getting this weird feeling when I was breathing in almost like a cold feeling and then like 30 mins later my left part of my cheek started getting numb and tingling couldn't really sleep haven't ate I thought be on meds would help this problem but I think it's more then aniexty what if I have some kind of health issue I don't know about. Does anyone have this meds and have this problem or am I going crazy
