Anyone have face tingling 24/7

I have been having a tingling face for about 4 weeks. It feels like a hair is trapped against it or sometimes burning sensation. I went to the dr when it first started and took antibiotics with no help. Then went back and did lab work to check electrolytes and thyroid. All normal. They said anxiety and stress. Gave me some meds and sent me on my way. Now all I do constantly is google it and obsess over what is really wrong with me. I have convinced myself it is so many things and can't accept anxiety is making my face tingle 24/7. So now it's so bad. I literally cried all day. I don't know how to make it go away or accept that it is anxiety. I have always had baseline anxiety but never with this symptom. My house flooded a year ago and we are about to move back after it has been repaired. I had a baby 2 day after the flooded house. Needless to say it's been a stressful year. I keep thinking if my face would stop tingling I would be ok.

After reading your message I felt a connection with your issue , I keep having tingling burning feeling in my lower right mouth area usually between same few teeth ( dentist said no problems according to X-ray )it gets me so down and gives me terrible anxiety , during this time I thinking if the burning feeling stopped I could cope with

I've again and be happy .

Medication has helped , it is my crutch / life line ......
