Hi all
So I started a blog a little while ago to declutter my mind, give an inside view of how anxiety affects me and to hopefully try and help people. I do daily updates and have added a 'contact me' page so people can ask questions or if they just need a listening ear.
I don't know if any of you will be interested in it but thought I would put it here just incase.
I wanted to open the eyes of people who have never suffered with anxiety as I have been told on many occasions 'it's not that bad' 'just get over it' and that 'I'm exaggerating' but I also wanted to reach out to people who may be experiencing similar symptoms but are too scared to go to get help.
I'm a mum of 4 and wanted to try and show how every day life is dealing with anxiety and also being a busy mum too.
