Starting to worry..

I had a tooth extracted 2 weeks ago. I was taking ibuprofen and aleve for about a week. I don't usually take either one of those. Since I took them I've been having stomach pain, darker stools and feeling like I can't take a full breath. I also feel a lot weaker. I have tried pepto bismol and not much luck. Is this something I should go get looked at? Im afraid that it's stomach bleeding.

Your over dose on ibuprofen and Alene. Stop and call your dentist they can give something for pain. I had 4 pulled at one time I sept in a chair so it would clod. And drank muscle milk used ice packs no pain pills just ibuprofen on first day. Was not put out while pulling them. The empty spots hurt for about two weeks before the swell went down used ice packs. U didn't go back for a recheck to make sure every thing was good? They took the stitches out in two weeks

Hi Katie, Pepto Bismol makes the stools darker. But because you took over the counter pain meds for a week, it would make you feel more at ease if you have it checked. Good Luck dear.

The dark stool is either caused by foods you've eaten or the Pepto of you noticed it after. I'm getting over strep throat and have taken Aleve and ibuprofen for ten days and I don't have any issues I think you are fine and making yourself worry
