HI I've suffered with anxiety for years I'm worse after my period I get chest pains fuzzy head numbness in my arm pit and feels a warm feeling anyone else get this

I get these feelings as well. I live with (not suffer from) health anxiety. If you've gone to the doctor and they have cleared you then you are fine. Remember they are the experts. and NEVER self diagnose yourself. Stay away from google and webMD please

Thank you for your reply I was on antidepressants for years for depression came off them last year I'm so proud of myself but last 2 weeks I've been like this haven't been like this for ages it does go off eventually jst have to be strong

I wish I had done that. Instead Google and Web MD has turn me into a hypochondriac and insomniac. But I feel like doctors miss things too. I wish I could trust their word 100 percent.

Hi Tortoise68 yes I'm experiencing these symptoms as I type! Thought I was the only one feel like that after my cycle that just went off a day ago! My anxiety level is thru the roof right now. My step mom just had two heart attacks today, on the anniversary of my fathers death in which he died from the same thing! So the position I'm in is unnerving to say the least! I hope your ok and saying that is an understatement

Or I'm so sorry to hear that it's understandable your feeling the anxiety then hope your feeling better soon it's nice to talk to someone who is feeling the same way sometimes I think I'm gona go mad with these symptoms

Likewise! I've been controlling my attacks lately but every time I do that some life changing event happens sending me in a downward spiral! All we can do is pray for one another that's the only way I know how to kick these awful feelings
