Pre Elisa Test Results confusion (Lyme).. Medichecks?

Has anyone ever used 'Medichecks'...

After being failed by the NHS I decided to order an Elisa test.. rather than the finger prick I went with the full blood test and paid a private doctor to carry this out.. my results are due tomorrow/tuesday..

However i've logged on to my online 'dashboard' today and it's come up with 'Recommended tests - Western Blot.. recommended date 9th October'.. this wasn't there on Friday.. it just said my results were pending and they'd contact me by email.. but I haven't recieved any emails or results yet.. it's just this 'Recommended tests' wasnt there on Friday and is today (Sunday).. :S.. It's too late to call anyone now.. just wondered if anyone knew?
