Feel bad every morning

Does anyone else wake up feeling dizzy and out of it in the morning? To me waking up doesn't even feel like "waking up" it's so uncomfortable. I alway s feel lightheaded and spaced out and it takes a while to let up

YUP!!! I hear ya someone5673. Medication has helped me a lot with that. But yes morning me is Oscar the Grouch. I feel so disoriented like where am I what's going on, noises bother me, light bothers me, like I am being reborn every morning out of a sleep cocoon.

Mornings and nights are tough when you have depression and anxiety. You might have some good moments during the day but for some reason its the beginning and the end of the day that are the hardest... wonder why that is?

Yeah I get that sometimes too. I think it has something to do with my blood pressure though... One of my friends had that issue related to caffeine - after she quite, she didn't have it anymore.
