I am new to this forum and I am just finding my way around it. I have read a few of the comments that some of you have been making and I really can sympathise with you all as I feel the same myself. I seem to be getting worse and don't know what to try next. I worry about absolutely everything even stuff that is not that urgent. A few years ago had some extremely bad pannic attacks and thankfully with the help of my GP I came out of that and I really don't want to go there again. I look forward to conversing and hope that by joining up with you helps me to sort myself out.
