I figured it out
Hi Colbyy, it seems like you have been doing some homework. Yes there is something called Mitral Valve Prolapse syndrome also known as dysautonomia or POTS (postural tach) The tilt table test does shows in what position your heart rate decreases or increases. Your cardiologist can also check you by listening to your heart while lying down, sitting, standing and squatting. I hope you get some answers from your doctor soon. Take care.
Colby, let me add a P.S. to my last reply. The reason I know what you are referring to is because I have Mitral Valve Prolapse. It goes along with anxiety. That's how I started out many years ago.
How did it feel to you because right now when I sit up it feels as though my heart stops then the bigger beat's fallow
Change of positions sometimes makes us feel the heart beat because we are more sensitive to any change we feel. That's more because of our anxiety. It is not harmful.
