Anyone getting back pain and a sense of head fullness due to anxiety?
I am inclined to say it's anxiety but then part of me is scared this may be due to the CT scan I had 4 weeks ago

AlexLu, it is more likely anxiety caused and not the CT scan.
Part of me knows that the amount I received for the head CT is slightly lower than what aircraft pilots are getting within the space of 1 year but then that's just the way I feel. No longer feeling nauseous though, it's just finding little hacks to control anxiety that would make me feel back to normal in the long term.
Head fullness and can't focus that well on the present, right? Just worry and attempts to figure out what's wrong with you. It's anxiety. my friend.
Any hacks to make such horrible sensations jog on?
This works, but it only goes away if you don't give it importance and power.
Here's what to do: I know it's hard to accept something you don't like, but the more you fight it, the stronger it becomes. So instead of trying to make it go away, try to visualize this energy inside your head, this discomfort that is just there and won't go away. Just feel it and try to analyze it, but don't try to get rid of it. Just talk to it (in your thoughts or out loud) like it's a person and describe it, like "you're pink and square (or round, or triangular - you get the idea); heavy (or light), etc. Don't try to describe it with your feelings like "annoying"; be objective.
It's just an energy created by your amygdala that's trying to warn you that something is wrong, when everything is actually OK. So stay with this energy in your head for as long as you want and if you do, it will come to a point where you don't care that it's there anymore and it will fade away. Repeat when it comes back.
I hope it works. If you're doing it right, it does.
