Sorry I'm just getting round to replying. I lost my mum suddenly when I was 14 & I developed anxiety a few years after it from all the stress & trauma. I suffer from very bad panic attacks, anxiety, agoraphobia & health anxiety. My health anxiety mainly focuses on the way my mother died, I'm terrified that I'm going to die the same way & it sends me into a crazy panic attack.
