Hang in there,Nyda, its anxiety at its worst, feel like that most days, try breathing in for 4 secs, hold your breath, then release it for 8 secs, counting backwards from 8..let your body relax as you breath out..do this several times daily...it helps with the light head, and panic...xxx
Sometimes for me it feels like i can't swallow and I have to click my tongue and shake my head like I'm saving myself from passing out.
