Mind over matter well all of my muscles get really tense when i have panic attacks so i use that to relax the muscles in my shoulders and my lower back and neck and benadryl helps with the tension in my head and helps me fall asleep easily that all i just know it helps because i believe thats the part of mind over matter😆.. If you get really tense with head pressure try it because it really truly helps.TIGER BALM AND BENADRYL AND STAY HYDRATED
