Ambien anyone?

Reluctant to try it but desperate for some sleep. Doc wants to start me on low dose 5mg. Has anyone tried this while also having anxieties and panic disorders at night?

Anxiety always seems to affect people more at certain times of the day and a lot at night time causing a lack of sleep

This is a mild dose of sleeping tablet , can understand your apprehension as anxiety gets us this way but maybe give it a try if you do not like the way it makes you feel you can always stop it

It could be an idea to see if you can get either medication for you anxiety or maybe some Counselling as if you can deal with your anxiety with support you may find your sleep returns back to normal to
