Hi I'm Emma and just happened to stumble across this website as I've been experiencing a few health problems due to my anxiety and people around me I no idea what to say to me. I hope I can get advice or give advice here.

Butafly85, hope you are doing well. Anxiety is a nightmare

Before I can try to help - are you in therapy or seeing a psychiatrist? Remember anxiety is TREATABLE let me know, xoxo

Hi davl, I'm not in therapy or seeing a psychiatrist. I did try but it didn't help me and tbh he made me feel like I was just plain crazy and it put me off forever. I just try out other alternative methods to help my anxiety. I am doing well and I hope you're doing well too
