Really my anxiety

Hi been taking excitroplam 15mg 4 month getting bad headaches sick of psychiatrists nurses saying just get on with any advice please.

One of the side effects of some medications can be headaches , usually they do subside but if you are still getting them after 4 months it looks like these are not suiting you maybe ?

People should not tell you to get on with it , they do not sound very professional , I am sure they would not appreciate that kind of support if they had headache for 4 months !

Can you see your Doctor ?

Be firm and tell them that you do not wish to be fobbed of you may have problems but that does not mean you are not responsible in knowing your own body and you know these headaches only started when you started the meds and you feel you have given them a good chance now but with the headaches not easing you would like them to look at changing your meds because this is not helping you at all

You have every right to have a say in your treatment and what you take , I know we can sometimes find it had to speak up , but I think sometimes we have to
