Health anxiety really tired

Every time I lay down I get hot and super sleepy like I’m just sinking in my bed and my body gets heavy my heart is always racing I keep looking up things and I’m really convinced I have diabetes or inflammation or heart problems even tho I got ekg and chest x ray I went to doctors for physical may 8 and got blood work done nothing was wrong but I just wanna go back for every test I can possibly get my parents don’t understand I’m so scared

Dont be scared. You dont have diabetes.

stop googling, this the absolute worst thing for health anxiety. this keeps you scared, hyper vigilant, increases your anxiety 100 fold. I'm sure you'd like to take a break from being scared so much?

As far your parents go, you do not need tests done, but you could ask your parents for helping you get some sort mental health counceling or therapy like I mentioned earlier today. You really need outside intervention with a professional so you'll start to feel better and manage your anxiety and stop being so scared all day long. 🌺💜

It has gotten a little better sometimes I feel fine and the next moment it all comes crashing down from one little body sensation I really think it’s because I don’t get enough sleep also

You can spend your life endlessly repeating every test in the book, but what's the point? You will never believe it when the doctors say there is nothing wrong with you will you? You need to focus on the real issue which is health anxiety. Not running off for physical tests every 5 minutes. Do you understand this? Not sure you do.

How often do you sleep and how many hours are you sleeping for? It just sounds like your body is exhausted. You should be getting 8-10 hours of sleep. Everyone is different and the time varies. If you’re still tired after you sleep, you could have insomnia. Insomnia can be caused from stress, anxiety or depression.

I sleep during Tyne day and be up all night and sleep till like 5 and still be exhausted sometimes

Hello you are not alone. I’m currently experiencing anxious thoughts about my health. It started with pins and needles in my limbs and face two weeks ago and ever since I’ve worried myself sick. I can now barely eat. I know it won’t last for ever but I’m just taking each day as it comes, trying to eat what I can, resting and taking care of myself. Message me anytime if you need to.
