Its been 80 days no smoking and I've been feeling down, awfully depressed. A lot of bad this things have happened I'm the month of June. I've been to er. Having panic attacks, breathing weird. They can't find nothing.

Well done you stopping smoking for 80 days !!! not sure if I could manage 80 hours well if I am honest I couldn't ! so you should feel really proud of yourself :-)

I think sometimes life throws things at us and when we least want or need it and with you stopping smoking it may have all felt so much more but you have got through it and without smoking and hopefully things will start to settle down , maybe you could look at getting some kind of therapy to deal with your anxiety if you are not having any already :-)
