Head pains

I get this pressure in my head and a headache in happens after 6pm I sometimes feel dizzy and lighthearted. is this normal ?

I dont know about the 6pm but i get bad pressure headaches with dizziness and off balance.

I've had those things, in my case it was a delayed reaction to an antibiotic,which can cause that. So if you've taken any, be sure to not take that class of antibiotics again. Some antibiotics can also increase anxiety, which doesn't help. Be sure to check that so if it is you don't unwittingly make it worse. Avoiding NSAIDs like ibuprofen is important while you have that too. If you have to take a pain killer I think tylenol is better if you've had an antibiotic.

Hello, I am dizzy, and off balance most of the time.also get head rush ,and whoosing in my ears.Horrible feeling, had to stop showering this morn, 'cause I had no balance..ALL tests are clear..makes me feel very depressed..sorry your feeling this way...wish I could help more..xxxxx

I've been terribly dizzy for years so I got a test called VNG which showed vestibular weakness. During the exam, the audiologist explained that changing te temperature in your ear can trigger dizziness, so that's why things like showering & drying your hair can be so problematic.

I get this and what helps, believe it or not, is Flonase nasal spray. Apparently the tubes in my ears get swollen or inflamed with sinus problems, and that makes me feel off balance and sometimes dizzy. Works every time.
