Ugh why do I go on google and try to diagnose myself and make things worse. I am having an anxiety attack and lately the chest pains are coming out of nowhere.

Now I am confused and at the same time sure that something is wrong with me. Lord help me!

I know exactly what you mean.. I'm actually having chest pains as I write this! I feel like I'm wearing myself out and doing some real health damage. I think of the worse shit and I feel that my heart will give out if I don't control this... My mind is all over the place and my vision feels like I have a dark cloud hanging over me. Hate it hate it hate it.. I'm here for you and no you're not the only one going through it.

It's the worst thing to do . I wish sometimes they'd find something then t least I'd have a reason for my anguish .

We Google to see can we find a cure, but all we do is make ourselves feel worse, ur not the only one, breath, go for a short walk, get fresh air, keep telling yourself you are ok,it's just you're anxiety causing these pains, I hope you feel some relief soon

Sorry. Have a medical exam by your medical doctor to make sure you are physically okay. Then ask God to show you the reason you are anxious. You probably can think of some things that make you anxious. You may need help dealing with dealing with them. If so, a good therapist could help. I understand there are some good books out there too. Hope you feel better soon.

For me, It's bad when I try to sleep. I always feel like I'm having a heart attack,my body feels off, like a weird feeling going across my chest, sometimes my legs. I've seen the doctors for the past 3 years, including a cardiology. I take my physicals every year!!! They never find nothing?! But what they tell me,and how I feel are soooo different! I always say, I must have something? I'm actually going on my second physical tomorrow, by a different doctor, just so I can get a second opinion. Sometimes I want to go to the ER, just for the sake of going, and telling them I'm having a heart attack, so they give me every damn test to mankind! Some nights are great, and I can go to sleep with no problem, other nights are horrible..;( I've had Blood work, about , 1,000 EKG's, 1 ECG, 1 Cat scan of my brain. EVerything comes back good. I know I should be thankful!, and I am!!!!! But damnnit I feel like shit when I sleep....

I have Chest pain a lot too, I don't do doctors and tests, for several reasons so I have to deal with it. Hard Job. a lot of tightness and bear hug feeling plus into my back, plus just plain chest pains. I believe a lot of it is stress, just wanted you to no a lot of others have them too, but I don't have any answers for you. Good Luck, I just deal with it the best I can. what will be will be, I guess.
