Doctor for Heart Palpitations

I'm getting a holter monitor to see why I'm getting this weird heart palpitations. I'm really nervous though. I will freak out if the monitor starts beeping... is that how it works? Or does it not beep? If it beeps does that mean something is wrong? I'm nervous! Has anyone every had one if so what was ur experience like?

I doesn't beep it's just annoying to sleep with ! My palpitations stopped completely after getting the all clear. The mind can cause all sorts of mischief when it wants too ! Please don't worry you'll be fine !

I had one just a week ago and i was in the clear as well. Now I haven't had one in a week, after having them almost every day

I had monitor on for 24 hours x no beeping x it's nit that bad to wear either x I got the all clear results and oalpertations stopped x
