Fear

I have fear of everything even taking medication help

I actually get anxiety over that same issue only because I'm deathly allergic to certain meds and there's always a new allergy. However, I can't live my life being afraid. You are literally wasting your life away by being afraid and not being happy. You can't stop bad things from happening. Some you can some you can't. You deal with situations accordingly. I'm a spiritual person so I have someone to trust for safety in everything. Don't know if you're spiritual or not but when you are you never have to worry. If you are not then regardless you can't live your life worrying about everything. It's a change in your thought process. It's hard but a positive mind makes for a positive life and positive attitude. You will be happy and those fears will melt away.
